The staff were very friendly and helpful, but there was a minor issue with not being informed about the key needed for the lights. The location was central, within walking distance to everything, and just 50 yards from the main railway station. The dining experience fell a bit short of expectations due to service issues, yet the overall stay was characterized by clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

For my wife's milestone birthday celebration, the hotel would have been great except for all the scaffolding outside the window, which slightly took away from the experience. The rooms, though different than the pictures without a view, had a cool vibe and were very comfortable. The attentive service, excellent facilities, and lovely staff added a touch of opulence to our stay. The central location was unbeatable, even though a bit due for a refresh. The dining was delicious, but a tad pricey for what it offered.
